What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- All hangtags must be attached to the garment
- Packing list and invoice must accompany the garment(s) at time of return.
- All garments are carefully inspected - please allow us up to 5 business days to process a refund.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
How do I make a return?
To start a return simply click hereAfter this is completed, you will be emailed a pre-paid return label . Simply print this label out and package the item(s) up and send them back. If the label says “USPS” please drop the return off at your local post office. If it happens to be a “FedEx” label, please drop the return off at a FedEx location.
Please note: We do not offer International return labels.
How can I exchange an item?
If your item comes in multiple color/size options it may be eligible for exchange. Click here to start the process.
If you received an item that you wish to exchange, you will need to place a new order. Once you return the unwanted item, you will be refunded for it, as long as it coincides with our return policy standards.
When will my purchase be refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, “Final Sale” items cannot be combined with other offers and are excluded from additional promotions. “Final Sale” items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Can you return BOGO items?
Yes, Buy 1 Get 1 items are returnable. However, a return label will not be provided by Swimsuits Direct.
OUT OF STOCK
I like a style that is out of stock, how I can buy it?
All items in the category "out of stock" are not available. We get new styles and restock every week. Some styles from "out of stock category" may be restocked. Sign up for our Newsletter to be notified of new stock updates and special offers.
My size is missing, will it be restocked?
If an item is available but your size is missing, Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply come back later, it may be restocked soon. Subscribe to the Newsletter to be notified of new stock updates and special offers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com with your Name and order #. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order, once it has been shipped.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY
All overnight, express and 2nd day orders placed before 1:00PM Eastern Time will also ship the same business day. Friday overnight shipments will be delivered on the next business day. If Saturday delivery is needed please contact us directly at 855-960-SWIM(7946), so that we can try to accommodate your request.
All orders placed after 1pm on Friday and through out the weekend, will ship out on Monday. Orders will not ship on Saturday, Sunday or the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
What about international taxes and duties?
We are not able to supply an estimated cost because duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is placed on www.swimsuitsdirect.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. How long does DHL Express shipping take?
DHL service is typically, 1 business day for Mexico and Canada, 2 business days for most of Europe and 3-5 for the rest of the world.
How can I make an International Return?
We do not offer International return labels. Please mail the return back on your own expense, and we will gladly refund you as soon as we receive the goods.
Where do you ship to? And how much does it cost?
Domestic U.S. Shipping
We offer $5 Flat Rate shipping & free returns, with no minimum order or special exceptions. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day (subject to stock availability and credit card verification). Orders shipping to the contiguous US normally arrive within 5 business days. We ship by United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. We also offer expedited service at the customer’s expense.
Your order will be shipped within 1 business day (subject to stock availability and credit card verification). International orders normally arrive in Customs within 5 business days. Recipient is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.
Please note: for International guests the billing and shipping address needs to be the same.
Can I ship to P.O. boxes overseas?
No. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.
